Important Dates and Schedule for B.Ed. Counselling 2025–27
The counselling process will be carried out online via the Samarth portal. Aspirants are advised to carefully follow the dates mentioned in the official notification. While the detailed schedule is subject to change, the general and tentative timeline is as follows:
First phase
This is a compulsory phase for candidates (if the candidate wishes to take admission in the B.Ed. 2025-27 session).
Registration
Candidates can take part in the counselling process once they are registered via the Samarth portal from 9-11-2025 to 15-11-2025.

Allotment of college for qualified candidates
Qualified candidates shall be allotted the college/campus for admission as per their preference and merit list. The allocation of colleges for admission shall be given by 16-11-2025 to 19-11-2025
Admission in colleges
Qualified candidate can take the admission in allotted college from 20-11-2025 to till 26-11-2025 (keep in mind)
Second phase
This phase is for remaining candidates and candidates who are not qualified.
Allocation of colleges
The remaining candidates are to be allotted colleges from 27-11-2025 to 28-11-2025.
Admission in colleges
Candidates can take admission in allotted college from 29-11-2025 till 05-12-2025
Third phase
Once the seats fill up during the first and second phases, they are considered filled, and the declaration of vacant seats shall be done on the same day, as on 5-12-2025.
College-level counselling
There shall be college-level counselling in which the college shall decide whom to give admission to or not on the basis of the merit list and other essential criteria. College-level counselling shall begin from 06-12-2025 till 12-12-2025.
